I’ve been very blessed with friends who have adorable children! I had the chance to photograph my friend Jodi’s beautiful girls this evening. She is moving out of town soon so I had to jump on this chance before it was gone! Jodi, I am going to miss you! Thank you so much for letting me do this! I wish you and your family all the best in your new home.

This will be pic heavy as I edit these…just a warning!

Ok, so I can never decide. More options are better, right?

Damien had karate class last night, and it just so happens that his class takes place at the *perfect* time to shoot some evening light photos. I couldn’t resist a little mini-session with Miss Millie! As an added bonus, my wonderful husband got off of work just as we started shooting and showed up to surprise us. Miss Millie was so happy to see her Daddy! I got one of my favorite pictures thus far! And that’s saying something as my camera is my constant companion!

A little bit of vintage, a little bit of texture, some cool UPS logo socks, GREAT UPS man legs (lol), and an adorable, barefooted baby girl…what more could one ask for?

And I’ve got to show off Miss Millie’s new ‘do! Her days of sporting the little mohawk are sadly over. It was just too long! I think the big girl hair clip and the newly sprouted teeth (FOUR of them!) make her look so much older! She’s turning into a little toddler before my eyes! *sniff*

I had the privilege of photographing sweet baby Lucienne today! She is an absolute doll and was so much fun to work with. She didn’t want to spend much time sleeping for us (I’m convinced that she just doesn’t want to miss anything ;)), but I did manage to get some sweet sleepy shots as well as some bright-eyed, happy baby girl shots!

Without further ado…

Color…or B&W? I can never decide! So I do both.

This little sweetie spent most of her time, just like this…wide awake! Check out her beautiful eyes!

*LOVE* little baby feet and hands!

Smile baby!

Beautiful family of three…

I really need some new kids to work on! My little guy didn’t want to sit still for 2 seconds. The chair was a minor distraction that kept him there for maybe a half a second extra, as was goofball dad doing the chicken dance behind me. haha Oh well, I’ll take what I can get! He’s 2 years old, after all!

And as usual, here are a few of Little Miss Millie! One day she will learn to escape from my clutches and my camera, but for now…she’s an awfully cute subject to practice on!

Miss Millie and I decided to head downtown to scout out some new locations. As always, she’s a patient little peanut! Despite the windy, cool conditions, she was sweet and patient (like always!). Here are a few of the shots we got! I can’t wait to use these spots again!

Which one? I love it when I do this (not)…I can never choose!

I wanted to get a few of these studio shots up as well. It’s always fun to be able to get creative shots right at my own house. Miss Millie is modeling again for me! Sweet little girl!

And I’m absolutely *loving* it so far! Just a few black and whites for now, but I promise there will be many more! I just need a few more hours in each day.

My lovely daughter, Calista…always willing to play the guinea pig for me! In addition, she makes a *wonderful* helper on photo shoots!

And my wonderful partner in crime, Jeff. I don’t know what I’d do without him!
