I was so excited to get a session booked with this sweet little lady…oh how I LOVE new babies!  I’m really trying to go in a more organic, natural direction with my newborn photography, so this was a great opportunity to put that into practice.  I think this may just be my favorite newborn session I’ve ever done.  Little Emilynn was the perfect supermodel too!  She was a great sleeper and oh my gosh, SUCH a beautiful baby.  I am in love with her hair!  This session is seriously making me want to fast forward time a few months to when my own new baby will be here.  If she doesn’t give you baby fever, there’s something wrong with ya! :D

This was from the LAST time I shot these cuties.  I still crack up looking at it!  Poor Cohen just wasn’t having it!  lol And now for sweet baby Emilynn’s photos…I just love her! I got a little grin! Don’t you just love it when babies sleep with their arms up over their head?  I’ve always heard that this means they are happy, comfortable, and content.  I’ll take that! I see a dimple! Love awake shots too… This little piggy went to the market… Mommy & Baby shots are *always* my favorites…is there really anything sweeter? AND my favorites.  I am primarily an outdoor/on location photographer, so having the early spring weather give us a few beautiful days was such a blessing.  We were able to get a couple of shots of Emilynn outside, and I LOVE them.  Seriously love. I make announcements too!  These are just a few samples I made for Emilynn.  Aren’t they sweet for a spring baby?

It was so wonderful seeing you again, Heidi!  You have a precious family, and your newest addition seriously couldn’t be sweeter.  Thank you for letting me do these for you guys! <3
